App for the Help to the Medici for Anticoagulant Therapy of Non-Valvular AF
The following app is proposed as an aid to doctors for the indication of the anticoagulant therapy of the atrial fibrillation not valve, considering the technical data sheet and the provisions of AIFA relating to the prescription of the Dabigatran (Pradaxa), the Rivaroxaban (Xarelto) and the Epixaban (Eliquis) in Italy.
The application allows you to calculate the thromboembolic risk score (Chadsvasc), of hemorrhagic risk (hasbled) and the glomerular filter (cockcroft-gate) and the dosage of the three new oral anticoagulants.
