There is a dragged-out world war with the enemy never seen before. Lord Bingham is coming back to the world arena and he needs a skilled commander.

Hay una base secreta escondida en las montañas de España, con un ginmous aeronave que transporta la torre de batalla bajo su autoridad y también un equipo de especialistas que ejecutan tareas especiales.
